Hi, I’m Felix Emmelmann, a Scrum Master and Agile Coach born and raised in the Rhineland and now happily based in Cologne, Germany. My journey in the professional world has taken me through many roles, from Creative Product Manager to Agile Coach, across companies of all shapes and sizes. Through all these experiences, one thing has become crystal clear: a team’s success isn’t about numbers or processes—it’s about people. When we take the time to truly see each person, understanding their unique strengths and motivations, amazing things start to happen.

My passion is empowering people to be their authentic selves at work. I’m dedicated to creating a space where everyone feels valued, safe, and inspired to bring their best ideas forward. I know that when people are seen for who they truly are, they bring more resilience, creativity, and adaptability to the team—and that’s when meaningful progress happens.

Today, I’m living out that passion as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, where I guide teams and organizations to discover their own strengths and potential through Agile principles. I’m here not just to set processes but to support and uplift people, to help them grow, and to make work a place where they can thrive.
